Essential Skills

• Strong experience with Kusto (KQL), SQL, and Kusto Query Language.
• Strong analytical skills with experience performing deep data investigations and root cause analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience working in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting applications in live production environments.
• Experience with bug tracking, incident management, user support, and UAT testing.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets, including asset-level and part-level data.
• Experience performing complex joins and optimizing Kusto queries for performance and memory usage.
• Experience building reusable query patterns for dashboards and troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to AI Copilot-based solutions.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Understanding of hardware components (e.g., network line cards).
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms and internal tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and support the IDaRS Circular Center application as the functional owner.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on feature development, roadmap planning, and bug resolution.
• Handle site requests, incidents, and end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain business rules and demand data while ensuring data quality.
• Perform UAT testing and provide feedback to improve application functionality.
• Analyze large datasets using Kusto (KQL), SQL, and Excel to investigate and resolve issues.
• Perform deep data analysis, hypothesis testing, and root cause investigations.
• Work with asset-level and part-level data across multiple datasets.
• Develop and optimize Kusto queries for performance and scalability.
• Build reusable query patterns to support dashboards and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support application enhancements and continuous improvement.
