About This Role
We are seeking a flexible and energetic Afterschool Care Float to support our elementary afterschool programs in Washington, IN. In this dynamic role, you will step in where needed most- assisting various classrooms, supervising recreation, and helping students with enrichment activities.
What You'll Do- Support a small afterschool group and step in flexibly across different classrooms or activity stations as required
- High school diploma or equivalent along with a genuine passion for working with children of all ages
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility, school setting, or organized afterschool program
