We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator to be based out of our Detroit, MI plant to assist the Maintenance Manager with the coordination, direction, and facilitation of activities within the maintenance department. Accountabilities: Schedule, monitor, direct and ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and PM schedules. Maintain CMM to ensure adequate inventory of spare parts, including specialty tools for the department. Recommend adjustments to PM frequency and inclusivity as needed. Assist the maintenance manager with ensuring maintenance of plant equipment and facilities by scheduling and directing contractors and support workers. Create, update and maintain documentation relevant to the maintenance group this includes but is not limited to maintenance processes, work instructions, and training manuals.
