We need a reliable Loan Signing Agent (Mobile Notary) ready to take on loan signing appointments in Washington, DC.Responsibilities:Administer oaths/affirmationsPerform verifications upon oath/affirmationTake acknowledgmentsWitness or attest signaturesCertify/attest copiesQualifications/Skills:Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Clear a background check. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty.Job Requirements:High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup.
