Personal Banker II - Warner Center

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Personal Banker II, who is an experienced advisor in establishing, developing, and retaining relationships with members to help meet their financial goals. The right candidate will have the ability to develop and retain financial relationships with members to help attain department goals. What You Will Do: Responsible for establishing, developing, and retaining deep financial relationships with members, to help meet and exceed member and credit union goals. Performs Teller and referral functions, opens new accounts and loan applications to building relationships and drive growth and sales opportunities. Accurately count cash, checks, and package coins and currency. Balance daily transactions and verify that cash totals are correct. Promotes, educates, and refers on credit union financial products and services to member in the community based on their needs as determined from member interviews. Assumes responsibility for performing a broad variety of Teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, sells cashier's checks with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with CU's policies and procedures, including robbery procedures. Requirements What We Are Looking For: High School degree or equivalent Track record of outstanding member service Demonstrated success meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals Previous Banking experience Previous Cash Handling experience Strong "People" skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently AND as a member of a team, capable in a relationship focused sales environment. A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.
