CT Technologist - Part Time

CT Technologist Role: Perform CT scans and X-rays to assist in diagnosis or treatment, following established standards and protocols. Ensure patient care, safety, and comfort while demonstrating knowledge of human anatomy, disease processes, radiographic principles, and radiation protection. Responsibilities: Verify orders, administer contrast material properly, document clinical information, manage patient flow, and ensure efficient exam completion. Enter accurate charges and correlate patient history with procedures for radiologist review. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification with the Texas Medical Board Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ARRT (R) certification in Radiology ARRT (CT) certification within 90 days of assignment Preferred: One year experience as a Radiology Technologist and/or CT Technologist Key Attributes: Attention to detail, knowledge of anatomy and radiographic techniques, patient care skills, and ability to follow protocols accurately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
