Finance/Admin Coordinator

Full-time

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

The Finance/Admin Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the finance department by ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable, and supporting various finance-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to contribute to a collaborative finance team and gain valuable experience in financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable support and vendor setup
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Support reconciliation and financial reporting processes
  • Assist with audit preparation and documentation
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
  • Provide overflow support to finance department staff as needed
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to finance operations
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the finance department

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with office and accounting software preferred
