Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situations.
• Create tailored financial strategies that align with clients' objectives, leveraging a wide range of insurance and investment products.
• Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, adjusting strategies as needed to reflect changes in their circumstances or the market.
• Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver holistic financial planning services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the most current and relevant advice.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating complex financial concepts in an accessible manner to build trust and confidence in our services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial advising, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear, actionable advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Proven track record of staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients the most current strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Proficiency in utilizing a comprehensive suite of financial products to craft customized plans for clients.
• Ability to conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans, making necessary adjustments to align with their goals.
• Experience in leading educational workshops and seminars to empower clients and community members with financial knowledge.
