Radiology Registered Nurse

Location: Houston, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be proficient in various radiological procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and safety. You will work collaboratively within a team and play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiological procedures including biopsies, ablations, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Manage patient care pre- and post-procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EMR (Meditech Expanse).
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have ED and ICU experience.
• Active RN license and required certifications in Radiology.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
