What You'll Do

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain and improve the electrical systems that support DECO's manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial equipment
• Diagnose electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Support automated production equipment, robotics, PLCs, and HMI systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Install and wire machinery, controls, and electrical components according to applicable codes and standards
• Test electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment
• Work with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety practices, and company standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience working with HMI systems preferred
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems from 24VDC through 480V three-phase power
• Industrial Electrician degree preferred
• Electrical license or Journeyman certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attendance and reliability
