Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Financial Markets and Regulatory Associate to join its dynamic practice group in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a keen interest in emerging technologies. Responsibilities Provide legal advice on securities and derivatives matters. Advise on issues related to digital assets and blockchain technology. Engage in regulatory compliance and risk management. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in financial services law. Strong writing and analytical skills. Admitted to the Illinois bar or eligible to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Illinois, New York, or Washington, D.C. Skills Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
