Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisorCommunication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all timesDocumentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSOne (1) year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasksEffective oral and written communication skills18 years of age or olderDetail-oriented and friendlyEDUCATION:LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Moderate - These roles require a combination of movement and stationary work, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Tasks may involve repetitive reaching, bending, pushing, or pulling, along with maintaining awareness in high-traffic or operational areas. Visual focus and spatial awareness are critical in facilities, logistics, or support settings. Emotional demands include managing interruptions, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Environmental exposures may include equipment noise, shared workspaces, and occasional proximity to hazardous areas. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE.
