Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years ICU experience - Minimum of 1 year CV ICU experience - Past EPIC experience strongly preferred - Travel experience required - Will not accept first time travelers Preferred Experience: - CRRT experience beneficial - Cardiac skill set, such as Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips - Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma experience Certification and Licensure Requirements: - BCLS, ACLS, and NIH required - Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred - ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location Skills Requirements: - Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation required - Administration of chemotherapy* - Arterial line management - Blood Product Administration - Care of ventilated patient - Central line care/management - CVVHD/CRRT* - ECMO* - ICP monitoring* - Impella* - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)* - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Medical Intensive Care Unit* - Neuro Intensive Care Unit* - Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring* - Surgical Intensive Care Unit* - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips Licensure Information: - MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact - IL: License in hand required at time of submittal - Compact: Must match permanent residence Additional Notes: - Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius - Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper fit testing or expected to shave When you apply with Junxion, you speak with a live U.S.-based recruiter who understands the travel market.
