• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Production Worker - Manufacturing**Job Type:**Compensation: $17 an hour ($1 differential for 2nd shift) Schedule: 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM* About the Opportunity:**Launch your career in the thriving aerospace and manufacturing sector! This is an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to ensure your success.**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and production machinery.* Perform tasks related to molding, including plastic injection molding processes.* Execute precise quality inspections of parts and components to meet stringent standards.* Work with various molds to fabricate parts accurately.* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met.** Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing setting.* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.**Qualifications:*** **Required Skills & Attributes:** * Aptitude for working with hand tools and machinery. * Interest or experience in molding techniques, particularly plastic injection molding. * Ability to perform basic quality checks. * Mechanically inclined with excellent eye/hand coordination. * 

Production worker Qualifications:

Ability to use measuring tools and basic math skills

Strong communication skills and a team player attitude

Able to lift up to 50lbs
