Job Summary:

Honc Destruction, Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to support our demolition operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, safety-conscious driver who can navigate both dump sites and active job sites, manage loads effectively, and perform basic maintenance on their vehicle.  We use Globe 75 yard dump trailers and lowboy trailers for equipment moves as well.

This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to operate a manual transmission, and a solid understanding of job site operations related to demolition and material hauling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A dump trucks and trailers to transport debris and equipment to and from project sites and disposal facilities
• Coordinate with field crews and equipment operators for efficient material loading
• Navigate construction and demolition sites with care and awareness
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the truck
• Ensure secure and safe transportation of materials at all times
• Adhere to company safety procedures and traffic laws
• Represent the company professionally at all sites and with external vendors

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license with active DOT Medical Card/Clearance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual (stick shift) transmission
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (demolition or construction hauling preferred)
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and inspections
• Ability to familiarize yourself with local dump sites and construction site logistics
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment and DOT drug test
