District Manager

Job Description

The District Manager will oversee and lead retail operations across multiple store locations, managing a team of 50+ employees. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. With minimal travel expected, the District Manager plays a vital role in strategic planning, staff development, and maintaining strong customer relations within the retail market.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of over 50 employees across multiple stores
Manage sales targets and drive performance to achieve business goals
Oversee budget planning and financial performance
Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Develop and implement staff training programs
Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve escalated issues
Plan and execute strategic initiatives to enhance district performance
Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Expertise in sales strategy and financial management
Proficient in customer service and communication
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Experience managing inventory and multiple store units
