We offer part-time positions in home, school, and community settings in Encino, CA, along with comprehensive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team of clinical professionals provides continuous career support and advancement opportunities. Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, or Related Field
- Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
- Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes
- Childcare experience required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
