Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

As an Outreach Coordinator at Mentify Inc., you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, fostering community relationships, and increasing awareness of our mission. You will be responsible for developing partnerships, organizing outreach events, and connecting with schools, local organizations, and businesses to promote Mentify Inc.’s programs. Your work will directly contribute to creating a supportive network for youth mental health, ensuring that more children and teens have access to the resources they need. If you are passionate about community engagement, networking, and making a lasting impact, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and potential partners.
• Organize and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and information sessions to promote Mentify Inc.’s mission.
• Act as a representative of Mentify Inc. at community meetings, networking events, and mental health advocacy initiatives.
• Create and distribute outreach materials, including flyers, newsletters, and digital content, to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that engage potential volunteers, donors, and program participants.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and funding to support Mentify Inc.’s initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers and community partners.
• Track outreach efforts, maintain contact databases, and report on engagement metrics.
• Advocate for youth mental health awareness by educating the community about available resources and programs.
• Be willing to step in as a volunteer when needed to support events and programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for community engagement, youth development, and mental health advocacy.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in outreach, public relations, or nonprofit work (preferred but not required).
• Organizational and event planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to represent Mentify Inc. professionally in public and virtual settings.
