Customer Service Clerk

Job Description R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our Wheeling, IL Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and assisting customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. The CSR uses customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolve their issues, and promote company goals and objectives. This includes daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals with freight‑related issues, and performing other related duties as assigned.
