Home Care Speech-Language Pathologist $125,000.00 + Optional Chauffeur + 37 Days PTO + 401K

Caring Angels Home Care is looking for part‑time and full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologists for our home‑based pediatric cases in Queens. This position offers a base salary of $125,000.00 per year plus an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan after three months of employment, 27 paid time off days, and nine paid holidays. The option to cover a caseload on weekends is available. Therapists can also utilize a personal driver service that picks you up from your home (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx) and transports you to cases and back, the only agency in New York to offer this unique door‑to‑door chauffeur service. Responsibilities Evaluate speech and language rehabilitation needs of patients and provide speech and language rehabilitative services as ordered by the patient’s authorized medical practitioner. Perform clinical tests to assess speech and language disorders and potential for restoration, and develop a plan‑of‑care with restorative and/or maintenance goals to meet identified needs. Perform speech‑language pathology procedures to achieve identified goals. Instruct patients, families, and other appropriate persons/health‑team personnel in the use of assistive modalities and appropriate speech and language procedures. Sessions are 30 minutes. Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor and, in emergencies, other duties necessary for patients’ welfare or efficient agency operations. License / Certification Currently licensed in New York State as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Current certification of clinical completion in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
