An Assembler is responsible for assembly and disassembly, testing and packaging of product. Responsibilities Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun Steam clean pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips Dip parts into rust remover Oil parts prior to packaging Final inspection of parts Band work pieces and prepare for shipping Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for prolonged periods Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate These Skillsets Blueprint reading experience Caliper and other measuring tool reading Attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training Effective communications skills Relocation is not available for this position.
