RN Licensure: Practice as a licensed RN, adhering to Arkansas state regulations and guidelines. Motivational Interviewing: Use motivational interviewing skills to engage with beneficiaries and support their care needs. Required Skills: RN Licensure: Current RN licensure in Arkansas. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a licensed RN, with a focus on adult and aging populations. Functional Assessment Experience: Experience completing functional assessments, preferably in a home-based care setting. Technology Comfort: High level of comfort with technology use, including remote telehealth and hotspots. Preferred Skills: Medicaid Experience: Experience working with Medicaid beneficiaries and understanding their specific needs. Home-Based Care: Experience working in home-based care settings, with a focus on remote assessments and care coordination. Ideal Candidate Background: The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, specifically in home-based care, with experience working with Medicaid beneficiaries and utilizing technology to support remote work.
