What You’ll Be Doing

As the Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our bar operations. Here’s a glimpse of what your role will entail: - Overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. - Leading and inspiring a team of bartenders and staff to deliver exceptional service. - Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the bar fully stocked and ready for action. - Crafting and curating drink menus that excite and delight our guests. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and patrons. - Handling scheduling, training, and performance management for bar staff. - Monitoring sales and implementing strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a leader with a strong background in bar management and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in bar management or a similar leadership role. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong knowledge of mixology, drink trends, and bar operations. - The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. - A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
