If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, required by the BACB. What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles) Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field. Position-Specific Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Benefits & Career Growth Career Advancement – Level Up Program Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion).
