Quality Assurance Lead

Pay: $30.00/hour Openings: 2 Positions Shift Options: 0600A-0230P M-F 0230P-1100P M-F Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to support and oversee quality operations for the Cerebras product line within a clean room manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily inspection activities, providing guidance to Quality Inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between quality, production, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing setting, possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is comfortable working in a clean room environment while wearing full clean room PPE throughout the shift. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily quality inspection activities for the Cerebras product line. Provide direction, training, and support to Quality Inspectors to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards. Review inspection results and quality documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and partner with production and engineering teams on corrective actions. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and elevate concerns when necessary. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of quality records within electronic systems and Excel. Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance initiatives. Drive continuous improvement activities focused on quality, efficiency, and process control. Work in a clean room environment while wearing full clean room gowning and PPE throughout the shift. Communicate quality metrics, trends, and concerns to management and cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience serving as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor within a quality organization. Previous experience working in a clean room environment is required. Willingness and ability to wear full clean room attire for the entire shift. Experience reviewing quality records, inspection reports, and manufacturing documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other quality or manufacturing software systems. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and support multiple team members. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as semiconductor, electronics, medical device, or advanced technology manufacturing. Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience supporting high-volume production operations and leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
