About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Westfield, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 50-bed Med-Surg / Telemetry / Intermediate Care Unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of up to 6:1
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across affiliated facilities to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
• Nursing degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred, with telemetry experience required
• Candidates must reside outside of a 90-mile radius from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Med-Surg / Telemetry or Intermediate Care setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and intermediate care workflows
