Job Title: MRI Technologist

Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT


Must-Have: Siemens experience


Description:
Float technician position.
Tech will float between all buildings.
Daily caseload per technician varies.
Shift consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Hours may vary depending on need, which may include coverage for other technicians.
On-call requirement is not applicable.
Technician will be required to work holidays if they fall on scheduled shift.
Clienttion badge is not required.
Travelers must adhere to a radius rule of 60 miles.
Locals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, with pay rates adjusted accordingly.
All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
Approval will be based on the needs of the facility.
Facility has the authority to call off one shift every two weeks.
Type of facility is a teaching hospital.
Total staffed beds: 865.
Scrub color required: teal top and black bottom.
Charting system used is Epic.
Additional information: travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season.
Travelers should be aware that they may need to adjust their availability during this period.
Modules are non-billable, with an average of four hours spent on them.
Module hours are included in non-billable hours, and completion is required before the start date.
Local candidates must have an active state license or proof of application submitted.
