Youth Case Manager Build Futures in a Safe Facility

Rite of Passage

Rite of Passage is seeking a Case Manager for the Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. This position offers a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of youth while working closely with a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have at least a BA/BS in a related field, along with prior case management experience, particularly with juveniles.
