Copy & Office Support Specialist

Location: Miami Beach, FL 33139
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Duration: 3-month temporary assignment

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Copy & Office Support Specialist to provide on-site support within a resort company environment. This position will assist with daily copier and production-print operations, paper replenishment, document production, and book assembly.

The ideal candidate has previous copy center, print production, or general office support experience and is comfortable working in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily copier and production-print operations.
• Clean and maintain copier equipment and work areas.
• Monitor and restock paper throughout the copier fleet.
• Assist with production printing and document preparation.
• Assemble books and other printed materials.
• Maintain organized and well-stocked work areas.
• Provide professional on-site support to internal customers.
• Perform other related office and print-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related office, copy center, print production, or technical support experience.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide professional customer service and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to learn new processes and equipment quickly.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move cartons of copy paper.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.
