Your First-Month Target You’ll be expected to write $50,000+ in Property & Casualty premium in your first month. Why? (Remote candidates must demonstrate a proven sales track record and be capable of writing $40,000+ in their first month.) What You’ll Do Engage warm and cold leads, uncover client needs, and close policies confidently. Provide consultative coverage recommendations to protect clients’ homes, autos, and more. Manage follow-ups and renewals with professionalism and urgency. Collaborate with a winning team that values accountability, results, and culture.
