Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00, every other weekend, 12-hour shifts. Job Description The Respiratory Care Specialist will provide high-quality respiratory care services as part of a dedicated team in a supportive environment. We are a Level 1 trauma center, which offers dynamic experiences in critical care settings. Responsibilities Provide patient care using PB980 vents, V60 NIV, and F&P high flow systems. Perform bedside bronchoscopy as required. Document all patient care activities within Meditech. Work collaboratively with a team of respiratory therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current BLS certification. Virginia licensure to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by the NBRC. Critical care experience is highly preferred.
