Genesis Dental , a family-owned, newly renovated private practice, is hiring a Part-Time or Temp Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive team. We offer a modern, digital environment, single-column scheduling, and a loyal patient base. This role is perfect for someone who values quality care, work-life balance, and a low-stress office culture.
Position Details
- Schedule: 1 days/week (Any Day of Mon-Thurs)
- Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Potential to grow into 2-3 days/week
- Great for hygienists seeking part-time, temp, or flexible scheduling
Compensation
- $48–$52 per hour , based on experience and skillset
- Full-time employees (if transitioned) receive excellent benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric and adult patients
- Perform prophy, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and impressions
- Complete accurate dental and periodontal charting in Open Dental
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in North Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
- Willingness to learn and work with new technology (EMS Airflow / GBT)
