Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily outpatient care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Deliver services to geriatric and neurological populations.
• Engage in a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes effectively.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, candidates with acute care or inpatient rehab experience considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage patient caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
