Truck Weighing & Office Clerk Details:
- Temporary position
- $12.00 to $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )
- Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks accurately using truck scales.
- Record weights, tickets, loads, and related information in computer systems.
- Assist drivers with check-in, paperwork, and basic questions.
- Answer phones, organize documents, and complete routine office tasks.
- Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and operations staff to keep traffic and records running smoothly.
Truck Weighing & Office Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous office, data entry, scale-house, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills with accurate data entry and recordkeeping abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and interact professionally with truck drivers and staff.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
