Digital Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to support digital product initiatives through data analysis, product performance monitoring, and business intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and business analysis skills to generate actionable insights, monitor KPIs, support A/B testing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital products and customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, and influencing product strategy through analytics. Key Responsibilities Analyze product performance and identify key drivers impacting KPIs and business metrics. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. Perform ad hoc data analysis to support personalization initiatives and product launches. Monitor and analyze A/B testing experiments to measure product improvements. Collaborate with Product Managers to provide data-driven recommendations. Develop, maintain, and optimize backend product data pipelines. Analyze product changes and measure business impact. Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders. Investigate data quality issues and recommend improvements. Support strategic analytics initiatives and long-term product optimization efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Product Management. Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other visualization tools. Strong business analysis and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience analyzing KPIs, product metrics, and customer behavior. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking and attention to detail. Self-motivated with strong project management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of metadata management and data governance. Experience working with web, mobile, or transaction data. Familiarity with API integrations and product data architecture. Experience building or supporting data pipelines. Knowledge of experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
