Family Law Paralegal

A boutique law firm in Columbia is seeking a Family Law Litigation Paralegal to manage domestic relations cases from inception through trial. Come be part of a small team and make a big impact! Key Responsibilities: Maintain physical and electronic case files independently. Draft complaints, motions, financial declarations, and discovery requests. Collect, review, organize, and index complex financial documents. Act as the primary point of contact for case updates. Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and coordinate witness schedules. Manage the attorney calendar for hearings, mediations, and depositions. Required Qualifications: Two years of litigation experience, preferably in family law. Familiarity with South Carolina Family Court rules and procedures. Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
