Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services Special Education Teacher for a local contract job in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Job Details Specialty: Special Education Teacher Discipline: School Services Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 44 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview Develop and implement individualized instructional plans that support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs. Provide specialized instruction in resource and/or self‑contained classroom settings while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and IEP goals. Monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field Valid South Carolina Certification in Multi‑Categorical (ED, MD, EMD, or TMD/Severe also accepted) Experience in resource or self‑contained special education settings (Preferred) Benefits Top Compensation: Earn $47.00 - $47.90 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
