Located in southeastern Washington. The facility serves the surrounding area. The facility has 111 beds. Services include emergency care, family medicine, orthopedic procedures, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, laboratory services, and diagnostic imaging. It is a teaching hospital. The region boasts a beautiful recreational landscape. There are three golf courses and 27 public parks nearby. It is in the heart of Washington Wine Country. Direct flights to major U.S. hubs are available. Unit Information: The unit has 14 beds. Patient ratios are 1:2. Equipment includes Intra-aortic balloon pumps (occasionally). The electronic health record system in use is Paragon. The patient population includes medical ICU cases with minimal cardiac involvement. Common types of patients include those with sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac conditions, and trauma. Candidates must love to work as a team and hold each other accountable to best practices.
