Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) located at the healthcare organizations emergency department. This position involves providing direct patient care in the emergency care setting, including assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and ensuring rapid, accurate triage. The role requires self-study of telemetry strips, passing a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation, and the ability to respond promptly to on-call situations.

Job Details

• Location: ER, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: License/certificate verification; experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Epic within the last 12 months; ability to self-study telemetry strips and pass a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation; licensed as a registered nurse; no minimum years of experience required
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with at least 36 hours weekly, starting on 11/09/2026 and ending on 02/07/2027
• Additional Information: The traveler may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census, with response required within one hour; every third weekend and every other holiday rotation required; a basic dysrhythmia test out will be administered during the first week and must be passed to work in the emergency department.
