As a Security Officer Patrol Access Verification in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will use strong communication and customer service skills while reporting security-related concerns. Monday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
