Family Medicine Physician

Overview We are hiring a Family Medicine physician to join the Holy Rosary Primary Clinic team in Miles City, Montana. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, full‑spectrum outpatient care in a small‑town setting while benefiting from support of visiting specialists and an established inter‑hospital partnership. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $365,000 Production incentive potential Quality bonus: $15,000 Incentives: $75,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), up to $250,000 student‑loan repayment bonuses (if applicable). PSLF eligible. Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, pet coverage, malpractice insurance, paid time off, license reimbursement, CME allowance) Schedule & Setting Clinic open Monday‑Friday \l Providers work four 10‑hour days (36 clinic hours + 4 hours of admin) with a day off during the week and no weekend shifts Flexible schedule; less than 1.0 FTE possible Outpatient practice with light pediatric call and potential OB/GYN services 24/7 OB/GYN backup available EPIC EMR utilization throughout the clinic Responsibilities Provide primary care to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting Collaborate with support staff and visiting specialists on patient care plans Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EPIC EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice management activities Provide OB/GYN care when requested, with backup support as needed Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the practice Qualifications MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school Residency training in family medicine Board certification or eligibility in family medicine Active, unobstructed Montana medical license or ability to obtain one Successful completion of Intermountain Health credentialing process Passion for family medicine and rural community service Will accept J1 Visa and H1B candidates EEO Statement Intermountain Health is an equal opportunity employer.
