Sales Support Specialist- West

Our client, a large manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist- West to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist- West, you will be part of the Sales organization supporting cross-functional teams across Customer Operations & Support (COS), Finance, Service, Applications, Legal, and other business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate details across multiple stakeholdersso you can help keep the sales process moving smoothly and customers informed.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist- West

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $31-$33/hr

Shift: M-F 8-5

What's the Job?

• Coordinate purchase order (PO) processing and order entry activities with internal stakeholders to support timely execution of sales decisions.
• Track order status and proactively coordinate updates through fulfillment and delivery, ensuring accurate internal visibility and customer readiness.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for COS activities related to sales transactions, including training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with the appropriate teams.
• Manage lead routing and assignment processes to support efficient customer engagement, while maintaining CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene.

What's Needed?

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, sales operations, order management, or a related business function.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional, customer-focused approach to transactional updates.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
