Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT technician, desktop support, service desk, or similar technical support role.

Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft365, Windows, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, Duo or MFA platforms, VPN, SharePoint, server and endpoint patching processes, and common enterprise applications.

Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, endpoint hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, basic networking, and remote support tools.

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory, asset records, shipping activity, equipment tracking, and multiple concurrent priorities.

Ability to respond quickly to urgent technical issues, outages, access problems, and suspected security incidents while following documented procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate appropriately when needed.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document work clearly and communicate professionally with users and technical teams.

Excellent customer service skills with a calm, professional, and policy-driven approach to support.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company, employee, customer, and security-related information.

Ability to lift, move, package, and ship IT equipment as required for deployments, returns, inventory management, and facility operations.

Occasional travel to corporate sites may be required.
