Production Associates Pre‑sorting donations Sorting Pricing Hanging Tagging Attaching sensors Distributing merchandise to the floor Sales Floor Associates Cashier Sales Floor Donation Center Attendant Other Available Positions Box Truck Driver Dispatcher Supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, back of house, or customer‑facing experience is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, including meeting both qualitative and quantitative productivity requirements. Physical strength: occasionally lift and carry up to 40–70 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force. Endurance: stand for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity: perform repetitive motions with fingers. Fine motor skills: seize, hold, grasp, and turn objects. Balance and agility: maintain equilibrium on narrow or slippery surfaces. Visual acuity: clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more. Atmosphere: thrive in a fast‑paced, busy environment. Noise level: work effectively in a noisy environment. Lighting: adapt to bright lighting throughout the store. Interactions with others: regular customer, donor, and coworker interactions; effective communication is required. Flexibility: switch tasks or departments based on operational needs. Language Requirements Understanding of written and spoken English for comprehending instructions and communicating verbally and in writing.
