If our mission resonates with your passion, we look forward to your application You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: · Aligns business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function to attract, develop and retain employees. · Serves as a trusted dedicated consultant/advisor to employees, management and senior leaders on HR related issues. · Acts as an employee advocate and change agent by proactively assesses the client’s HR-related needs and provides efficient and timely resolution. · Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business’ financial position, mid/long- term goals, objectives, culture, and performance. · Leads talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development, to ensure a pipeline of top talent and a high-performing organization. · Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. · Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies. · Collaborates with HR colleagues and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. This includes international colleagues/counterparts to ensure alignment off HR initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices. Occasional travel within the United States and international travel may be required as needed. · May provide training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR Support when applicable. What we expect of you To be considered, you will need: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and/or minimum 5 years equivalent progressive Human Resources experience; MHRM or MBA preferred Must be proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus. HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees: • Competitive salary o This position’s range is $85,000 - $95,000 Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures.
