Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based care to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, posture, and strength.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Document patient interactions and clinical outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Arizona license as a Physical Therapist or have an application in progress with an ETA for approval.
• Possess a valid state, national, or regional therapist credential.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of outpatient or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work 5 days per week with a 32-hour guarantee.
