Fairmount Assisted Living & Memory Care is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who is creative, energetic, compassionate, and loves working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities for assisted living and memory care residents
• Lead games, crafts, music, exercise, baking, outings, and special events
• Provide meaningful one-on-one engagement with residents
• Encourage socialization, participation, and independence
• Help with decorations, activity preparation, and special celebrations
• Support residents with dementia and cognitive impairment
• Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming activity environment

Qualifications

• Previous senior living, caregiving, activities, recreation, or hospitality experience preferred
• Creative, dependable, patient, and enthusiastic
• Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with dementia
• Able to work some weekends and holidays
• Must meet applicable Arizona background-check requirements
