This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting daily office operations. The position works closely with sales, planning, and dispatch teams and serves as a key operational contact for customers./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pstrongOrder Processing Quoting/strong/pulliRegister and process customer orders accurately in internal systems/liliPrepare and calculate quotes, including large or non standard orders not supported by automated tools/liliReview order details to ensure pricing, scope, and customer requirements are correct/li/ulpstrongOrder Coordination Tracking/strong/pulliConfirm delivery dates and site survey requirements with customers and internal teams/liliTrack orders throughout the process to ensure planning and dispatch timelines are met/liliIdentify, address, and resolve order, scheduling, or delivery issues to maintain commitments/li/ulpstrongCustomer Sales Communication/strong/pulliServe as a primary point of contact for customers and internal sales representatives/liliProvide clear and timely updates regarding order status, delivery timing, and changes/liliConduct follow up calls within 24 hours after delivery to confirm satisfaction and address concerns/liliSend performance survey emails following delivery and document customer feedback/li/ulpstrongTracking Administrative Responsibilities/strong/pulliMaintain spreadsheets and order tracking tools to monitor deliveries, follow ups, and performance metrics/liliEnsure accurate recordkeeping and timely updates to internal tracking documents/li/ulpstrongOffice Operational Support/strong/pulliAnswer incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally/liliProvide general office and administrative support as needed/liliAssist with additional tasks to support efficient daily operations and customer service continuity/li/ulpRequirements/pulli13 years of experience in customer operations, order processing, sales support, or office administration/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliEffective verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently/liliProficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)/liliCustomer focused mindset with strong problem solving ability/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/pulliExperience working in an office or customer facing environment within operations, planning and/or logistics setting/liliFamiliarity with order systems, CRM, or ERP tools/li/ulpstrongKey Competencies/strong/pulliOwnership and accountability/liliIndependent decision making/liliStrong follow through and time management/liliProfessional and service oriented communication/li/ul/div
