Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in a clean, organized warehouse environment . This role combines hands-on warehouse work with customer service and administrative support-perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and RF scan guns
• Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Support team operations and help where needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Someone who is reliable, punctual, and friendly
• Willingness to take initiative and help across departments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
