Key Skills & Responsibilities Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). Handle check‐ins, reservations, and late‑night questions. Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit, balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is correct. Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management. Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth. Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; capable of solving problems independently. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. At least 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
